Who am I and what am I about?

I will get to that later.  It takes a while for these things to evolve.

First, What is this “Contract Agreed” thing?  I was in England before I started this blog and I kept seeing “Sale Agreed” signs everywhere.  Basically, it seems to mean, “we have come to terms.”  I thought it was cute in an English village kind of way, and translated it to fit what I am working to accomplish for my clients – done deals.  What I accomplish for my clients are deals done, contracts agreed upon.  You can see what I do and have done here.

Second, What is this blog about? This blog is “a business and personal” blog, and for me, that means a blog about me, as my business is my own and therefore personal to me.  The business portion of this blog revolves around my clients, who are primarily small to medium sized companies making it here in Austin.  My commercial real estate brokerage business is also on topic.  What you will see here is helpful information for small to medium sized businesses and local entrepreneurs, including but not limited to, business data on commercial real estate.  The primary purpose of this blog is to connect with my clients and future clients in a fun and personal way.  The pure definition of a blog, really.
